Weekly Housework

Bathroom, toilet and laundry:
A top to bottom clean with mould and shower plaque removed, buffed dry, left streak-free and smelling fresh and clean.
Kitchen:
All white goods and surfaces cleaned including cupboard doors.
Dusting:
Complete wet and dry dusting includes skirting boards and under and around ornaments.
Floors:
All carpets vacuumed. Tiled and wooden floors mopped. Verandah, patio, entrance area and balcony swept.
Security check:
Windows and doors secured and alarms reset before leaving.

Casual Cleaning

For all those one-off cleans use the experts. We provide all equipment and cleaning products and guarantee booking requirements will be fulfilled. If you're putting your home on the market,we highly recommend an Open House clean to add value to your home making it look and smell beautifully fresh and welcoming.

Housekeeping on a daily, weekly or fortnightly basis includes all regular weekly housework duties as well as the completion of household chores such as changing linen, washing dishes, tidying children's rooms, laundry and ironing at $295.00 for an eight-hour period. You can even have your local small errands run.

Property Maintenance

Reliable and approved service providers organised for you from lawn mowers to window cleaners so ring now for an obligation free quote for work on a casual or regular basis. There is no lawn or window too high for our fully-insured operators. Please pay on completion and please note, there is a 24-hour minimum cancellation period or a $50.00 fee applies.

Other Services

· Please ensure the first payment for allregular jobs is a cash payment andsubsequent bookings can be paid bycash or cheque made payable to your
Home Helper.
· It is important to review the work carried out, and if any of yourrequirements are not being met, please advise your Home Helper.
If you require a tax receipt, pleaseadvise your Home Helper. There is a 24-hour cancellation noticeotherwise 50% booking fee applies.
· A placement fee of $550 is payable ifprivate arrangements are made directlyor indirectly with the helper introduced
by the Absolute Home Help Agency.
· Payment for casual cleaning jobs iscash before the job can begin.
· Cancellation for casual cleaning jobs is24 hours’ notice
otherwise a $50 fee applies to all services.
· When making a booking with AHH, ifyou do not agree to anything in ourpolicy please let us know before thework is carried out.
