Christmas Recipe:
The best fruit salad in the universe… it’s easy, healthy, Christmassy & delicious!
All you’ll need:
Your favourite large bowl.
Add your choice of fruit.
e.g. apple, pear, banana, passionfruit, strawberries, blueberries etc…
2. Chop every thing into small bite sizes. Every spoonful should contain a bit of everything.
3. Some yummy extras to add… poppy and sesame seeds, dried apricots, Prunes (seeded & chopped), Shredded coconut, chopped nuts of choice e.g. walnuts or pecans.
4. Pour freshly squeezed orange juice over & chill.
5. Serve with Grated Chocolate (did I say healthy? OK make that 90% cocoa) & yogurt! Now its party time! So Ice cream, Cream or BOTH.
6. For the Adults a little Baileys. Yummy !
A little bit healthy!, very yummy and a fabulous fresh contribution for your festive table.
Table setting ideas.
Mix it up with alternating coloured plates and napkins for a touch of colour…or go all white for a classic look. Try three different sized clear glass vases filled with Christmas baubles for a great centre piece.
