Do you provide services in my area?

We provide cleaning services in the Sydney metro and surrounding suburbs but for a definite answer call us on 1300 796 780 or send us your details using our contact form and make sure you tell us the suburb & postcode of your property and we’ll let you know if we cover that area.

Do you supply the cleaning products and equipment?
Usually we find it is best for the client to supply the products they like and are familiar with. However we do carry a back up supply of basic, bathroom, floor and surface cleaning products.
Understandably we cannot carry products to suit every clients needs and for every surface in all the different homes.
For Hygienic reasons we ask most clients to supply their own mops and vacuum cleaners as well.
In situations where this is not practical the AHH team do carry the required cleaning equipment to do the job.
For Springcleaning and casual bookings eg: End of Lease cleans, we supply everything
Can I choose which day I want my house cleaned?

Yes, Once you have booked your prefered day that is the day your home helper will continue to come. If for any reason we need to change the day you will always be contacted .

Is it the same helper each time?

Absolutely. If you are happy with the helper AHH has booked into your home, they will be the helper who does the job each time. If there are any changes we always contact you first.

Do I need to be home for the cleaning service?

No. You can arrange access details with your home helper if you can't be present for the cleaning service.

Do You have Insurance against Accidental Damage etc?

Absolute Home Help services are covered by Public Liability insurance valid up to $10,000,000 in Australia, covering accidental damage & accidents to third parties.  

What is your Security Policy?

All our Home Helpers are security checked and fully insured and have signed a legal contract stipulating strict client confidentiality and that any keys and alarm codes etc are never to be provided to anyone else without the clients permission
